Gary Hou

Gary Hou practices in the areas of corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Prior to joining Trivium Law, Gary worked at multiple renowned midsized and large firms in the lower mainland, where he honed his skills as a solicitor.

Gary is experienced in helping his clients with matters such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate financing, acquisitions, divestitures and development, commercial leasing, business structuring and reorganizations, as well as drafting and reviewing multitude of different types of contracts.

Gary takes a practical approach to solving problems, and he prides himself on providing effective advice and representation. He enjoys the challenges that come with a solicitor practice involving a wide range of legal issues and he enjoys working with his clients to produce timely, creative, and effective results.
