Steven Liu practices in the field of corporate, commercial and real estate law, specializing in commercial real estate acquisition and sales, real state development, financing, corporate reorganizations and business acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to founding Trivium Law, Steven summered at an international law firm and subsequently worked at a local law firm specializing in real estate, corporate and commercial law.
Steven is experienced in assisting clients through various stages of their business growth and has headed numerous commercial and industrial real estate transactions as well as residential development projects. Steven is also the current corporate counsel for several well-known franchises in British Columbia, as well as commercial lending counsel for multiple banks and credit unions.
Steven is a frequent guest lecturer for several well known real estate brokerages across British Columbia, having lectured on topics such as the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial lands, commercial leasing, as well as asset purchases and sales.
During law school, Steven was the recipient of multiple academic awards, including first place in Constitutional Law and Advanced Constitutional Law, as well as top three in Income Tax, Commercial Law, Advanced Contracts, and Civil Procedure.
